I am a qualified counsellor with a diploma and a degree in person-centred therapy. Through additional training, I can employ an integrative approach, a holistic method that combines techniques from various therapeutic schools and can be tailored to your unique circumstances. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, adhering to their Code of Practice and Ethics.
I create a confidential and non-judgemental environment, allowing you to feel safe and understood. By applying empathy and positive regard, we will build a trusting relationship. This connection will enable you to share your life challenges when you are ready. From there, I will support you in nurturing your personal growth, helping you achieve your goals, and building your confidence to find your own solutions.
I offer face-to-face therapy sessions in the newly refurbished therapy rooms at Tindal House, located in the heart of Chelmsford city centre. The venue is easily accessible via excellent transport links and within walking distance of Chelmsford train and bus station. Additionally, there are several car parks nearby. The entrance to Tindal House is discreetly situated at the rear of the building.
For clients who live on the Dengie Peninsula, I offer sessions in comfortable therapy rooms on Silver Street in Maldon, Essex. This location has nearby parking and bus stops for those who prefer face-to-face therapy.
For clients who prefer not to travel or are unable to due to time constraints or disabilities, I provide online therapy via Zoom. This secure service is available from anywhere in the UK with a Wi-Fi connection.
Additionally, I offer telephone-only counselling for those who prefer that option.
